This robust, rectangular metal box is designed to produce a 20L x 11W x 12H inches gel block with rounded corners and glass-smooth sides. Crafted from galvanized hot-rolled steel, it boasts internal dimensions of 20L x 11W x 12H inches. Made with 18-gauge steel (0.0478 inches or 1.214 mm thick).

Construction Excellence

Discover the superior craftsmanship of our three-piece box! The body, forming the bottom, two sides, and ends, is expertly MIG welded for full penetration. Crafted from a single piece of 18-gauge galvanized steel, it’s bent into a U-shape for maximum durability. The top edges of the sides feature a 1 inch teardrop hem for a refined finish.

The ends, measuring 11W x 12H inches, include a single hemmed handle, 1 1/4 inches bent at a 45-degree angle for easy handling. Inside corners are sealed with high-temp clear silicone (500°F) by Rutland, ensuring longevity. The exterior boasts a line grain finish, achieved with a Walter line-mate III, adding a sleek, professional look. Perfect for your demanding projects!
